   This website is operated by Codachord. We value your privacy and will be fully transparent about the data we collect and how it is used.

2. Information We Collect (This Website)
   We use Framer’s built-in analytics to understand how visitors use this site, which includes:
   - device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
   - traffic source (e.g. Google, LinkedIn)
   - number of page views
   - number of visitors
   - date and time of visits
   - approximate country

   This information is not linked to any individual and is used only to improve this site. Framer’s built-in analytics are cookie-free, privacy-first, and GDPR-compliant. 
   
   When you browse this site we do not use cookies or web beacons. (The CodaClass demo does use temporary cookies and browser storage — see below.) 
   
   We do not collect personal information unless you provide it (for example, via the contact form or email). We use that information to respond and provide what you asked for, and retain it only as long as needed for that purpose, the business relationship, or legal requirements.
   
   This site is hosted by Framer, which provides analytics as described above. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for marketing lists or advertising. For the CodaClass demo, see below.
   
   

3. CodaClass Demo
   The public CodaClass demo is operated by Codachord.
   
   When you use the demo, we may process: a demo session identifier, text you submit to the Assistant, optional feedback you send us, and any demo data you create in the app (such as observations or plans). Codachord keeps demo chat transcripts for up to 90 days to improve the Assistant. If you speak to the Assistant, your recording is transcribed to text and deleted immediately after transcription. If you have the Assistant's response read aloud, the response text is sent to Microsoft Azure to generate the audio.

   Assistant messages are processed by AI models hosted on Microsoft Azure. Before your prompts are sent to Azure, we automatically pseudonymize personal identifiers where possible. Azure does not use your prompts to train models. If they are flagged for abuse review they may be retained for up to 30 days.

   The demo is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

   Demo login lasts up to one hour. We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed into the demo session. Please do not enter real personal or children's information.

   Your emails are sent directly to us and stored on secure email servers.
